Rotera stores only what it needs to run your team's schedule. It has no ads and no analytics, and your data is never sold.
Data Stored by the App
- Your account: email address, password (stored securely by our authentication provider), name and role
- Your organization: its name, join code, positions, duties and shift times
- The schedule: shifts, who works them, and their status
- Your shift wishes, cover requests and shift trades
- Hours you log, tips if your team tracks them, and your hourly rate
Who Can See It
- Members of your organization see the schedule and the team list
- Your shift wishes are visible to you and your manager
- Your logged hours, tips and hourly rate are visible only to you
- Nobody outside your organization can see your organization's data
Where Your Data Lives
Rotera's data is stored with Supabase, our database and sign-in provider. Your appearance setting and sign-in session are kept on your device.
The App Does Not
- Show ads
- Use analytics or tracking services
- Sell or share your data with third parties for marketing
- Access your location, contacts or photos
Deleting Your Account
You can delete your account at any time inside the app: open the Profile tab, tap the settings icon, and under Account choose Delete account (Izbriši račun). Rotera asks you to confirm first.
- Your account, profile, shift wishes, logged hours, tips, hourly rate, cover requests and shift trades are deleted permanently.
- Shifts you already worked stay on your organization's schedule without your name.
- If you are your organization's only manager, the whole organization is deleted too, including its schedule and the data of all its members. The app warns you about this before you confirm.
Deletion can't be undone.
