Requirements
- An iPhone for the app, or any modern web browser for the web app (including on Android phones)
- An internet connection, since the schedule is shared with your team
- An email address to create your account
Common Questions
- To join your team, ask your manager for the organization's join code and enter it when you sign up.
- Managers can show and change the join code in the Profile tab. Changing it stops the old code from working.
- On Android, open the Rotera web app in Chrome and choose Install app (or Add to Home screen) so it opens like a regular app.
- A cover hands your shift to a colleague. A trade swaps two shifts, so you both still work. Both need the manager's approval.
- Building a schedule from wishes keeps the shifts the manager placed by hand.
- Switching a shift time off in the schedule settings keeps the shifts already on the schedule.
- To delete your account, open the Profile tab, tap the settings icon and choose Delete account under Account. See the Privacy Policy for what gets deleted.
